Best Dam Wine Walks are wrapping up!
April is our last Wine Walk before our summer hiatus. We've had record number of attendees this 2022-2023 season with our highest attendance in December with over 430 attendees. March 2023 was our 2nd highest of the season with 397. A LOT of new participants joined us for every event and we are excited to see these numbers continue to grow. Think of these Wine Walks as an investment in your business and continue to serve quality wine and attendees will come back time and time again!
Attendees stroll through some historic downtown merchants sipping on wine, networking, and shopping. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. The rest of the 2022-2023 season is posted now on our website!
Special Advertising Opportunity with Highway Radio
The Chamber has partnered with Highway Radio (Highway Country, The Vibe, DRIVE Highway Rock) to provide a unique advertising opportunity for our businesses. The Chamber will match your advertising investment, making radio advertising affordable. Your ad will run for 6 weeks on 7 frequencies, resulting 420 spots that your business will be featured in. Our partnership is running February through June and we didn't want you to miss out on the opportunity for this spectacular deal.
Here is a link to the sales packet and don't hesitate to reach out should you have any questions.
We did a big partnership with Channel 8 a few years ago and several of our businesses took advantage of the deal. Feedback was overly positive, in fact so positive that it allowed Fox BBQ to build out their current location. So when done right, radio and TV advertising can bring more business in your doors.

Quarterly Business Survey from UNLV is Available
The Center for Business and Economic Research (CBER) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is conducting its quarterly survey on business conditions in southern Nevada. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and helps UNLV better understand current conditions of our local economy. We share the results with participating members and the public. All answers are anonymous. We are seeking your thoughts about business conditions for the second quarter of 2023 and your input would be greatly appreciated.
The survey consists of 17 questions. The summary results of the survey will be used by CBER to develop a Southern Nevada Business Confidence Index for the Southern Nevada business community. We would be happy to answer any questions. Our telephone number is 702-895-3191. The survey is available here: https://unlv.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_5i4LgNHSgeUgkgl. The notice of informed consent is available here: https://bevfeb2022.formstack.com/forms/informed_consent. Submission of your survey constitutes your informed consent.
Thank you for your assistance with our academic research.
